Hazardous Overtaking by Cyclists
The Problem:
- Pedestrian walking a service dog.

- Location: West Sidewalk, South Collier Boulevard, Marco Island - at The Maderia
- Video from pedestrian's body camera on rear of hat showing approach
- Note:
- the footsteps of the pedestrian can be heard
- commands to service dog can be heard
- there is NO audible warning that the bicyclist is about to overtake the pedestrian.
